Privacy - We take good care and respect over your personal and credit card details when dealing with your order and these will not be shared with any third party. Toy Ahoy will retain your e-mail, name, address and telephone number if we need to contact you or make you aware of promotions or offers in the future. All information gathered by Toy Ahoy will comply with the data protection act 1998 and is never shared with any other organisation.

Returns - Goods returned must be in 'saleable' condition.

If goods are faulty or damaged please inform us within 7 days of receipt. Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded.

Carriage will not be refunded.

Pricing - We have taken good care in pricing and describing the goods shown in this web site. Prices may vary over time and we reserve the right to with hold sale if incorrectly advertised. For all queries please e-mail or telephone. All items include V.A.T. at the current rate.

Contact - We endeavour to reply as soon as we can to all enquiries and expect to be in touch within 24 hours during weekdays.

Christmas Orders- the last day for posting before Christmas is Monday 20th December 2010. Any later and we can try but you will be cutting it very tight!!

It is best to phone and confirm if at all in doubt.

Payment - We accept credit and debit cards on the web site and through the shop, we also accept Pay Pal but only through the web site. If feel uncomfortable for any reason then telephone and we can take card details with 'Card holder not present' facility at the shop premises.

All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Payment will be debited from your account before dispatch of your purchase. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us then we will not receive a confirmation email (as no money has been transferred.) In this case you should get in touch to ascertain whether another debit facility is available.

When you have paid for your purchases, you will receive a confirmation email from RBS (our payment gateway provider), this will inform you that your money has been transferred. At this point we at Toy Ahoy also receive the order details, (and confirmation that the money has transferred) we can then start to process your order. At this point we will email you to confirm receipt of you order and start to process it in the usual manner.

Goods out of stock - We will phone or email you and advise on the time scale and what action you would like to take including refund.

Terms of use - These terms of use apply to any part and all parts of this web-site. By accessing and using this site you are bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update or amend these terms or any part of the site at any time. Any changes or alterations made to the site or the terms of use shall become effective immediately upon being accessible from this site.
